CrackMyCareer provides an AI-powered psychometric career assessment designed for:

• Students in Class 10, 11, and 12
• Undergraduate students still exploring career options
• Parents seeking informed career guidance for their children

The assessment is based on the RIASEC framework and analyses 18 personality dimensions to generate a personalised career report. The report includes career matches, entrance exam roadmaps, college options, salary projections, and a 12-month action plan.

3. Eligibility

By using this service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age, or are a parent/guardian accessing the service on behalf of a minor
• You provide accurate information in the profile form
• You are accessing the service for personal, non-commercial use

4. Payment Terms

• The service is available for a one-time fee of ₹99 (subject to change; the price displayed at the time of purchase is final)
• Payment is processed securely through Cashfree Payments
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the assessment and your personalised report
• A shareable access link is provided after payment for future access across devices

5. Digital Product & Access

This is a digital service. Once you complete the assessment and access your report, the service is considered fully delivered. The report is generated instantly and is accessible via your personalised link at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, assessment questions, scoring algorithms, report templates, and logos — is the intellectual property of Digital Grownleads Consultancy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The CrackMyCareer assessment is a psychometric guidance tool, not a professional career counselling service. Results reflect the user's self-reported personality and interests at the time of the assessment. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, exam results, or admission to any institution. The report should be used as one of several inputs in career decision-making.

8. Limitation of Liability

Digital Grownleads Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this platform:

• Cashfree Payments — payment processing
• Formspree — form submission handling
• Meta Pixel — advertising and analytics
• Microsoft Clarity — website behaviour analytics

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
