Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on crackmycareer.com, operated by Digital Grownleads Consultancy, Pune, Maharashtra.

Summary: CrackMyCareer is a digital assessment service. Once you access your career report, no refund is applicable. However, if your report was not generated due to a technical issue, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment.

1. Nature of the Service

CrackMyCareer provides a digital, instantly delivered service — an AI-powered psychometric career assessment and personalised report. Because the report is generated and made available immediately upon completion of the assessment, it falls under the category of digital goods that are exempt from standard return/refund provisions once accessed.

2. No Refund Policy (Standard)

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

You have completed the assessment and your report has been generated
You changed your mind after payment
You did not find the report useful or did not agree with the results
You accidentally made a duplicate payment (see Section 5)
You entered incorrect details in the profile form

We strongly encourage you to review the service description before making a purchase.

3. Eligible Refund: Report Not Generated

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Your payment was successfully deducted
Your career report was not generated due to a technical error on our platform
You raise a refund request within 7 days of the payment date

To claim this refund, email us at crackmycareer@gmail.com with:

Your full name and registered email/mobile
Payment ID (available in your Cashfree payment confirmation)
A brief description of the issue

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, or wallet)
We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated

5. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, please contact us immediately at crackmycareer@gmail.com. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within 5 business days after verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since CrackMyCareer is a one-time digital service (not a subscription), there is no recurring charge to cancel. Once payment is made:

You can choose not to complete the assessment — but no refund will be issued
Your access link remains active and you can return at any time to complete the assessment

7. Payment Gateway Disputes

If you raise a chargeback or dispute with your bank or Cashfree without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute. We encourage customers to reach out to us directly — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
